Went to this store with my husband to purchase a few pair of boots over the weekend. Everything was fine until we mentioned we wanted to return/exchange some boots. The associate with the name tag “lead” something had a really stank attitude with us. Totally changed our shopping vibe. Absolute worst service! Tried asking these girls a question and they were busy ignoring me on their phones too worried about playing on their social media.
The staff is amazing and very helpful. My boyfriend is picky and they went out of their way to make him happy.
