I found Ariat Roofing from a recommendation on the Vegas Local subreddit. They were recommended because of good prices and customer service and boy were they right! They came on time and discovered that what I thought was a roof leak was actually a result of AC issue. They took pictures of everything, explained it all to me, and even fixed a loose tile on my roof that they found. The moment I took out my check book they said no charge. I couldn’t believe it! We used Ariat roofing for repairs. They did good work but Josh never did the estimate for another repair we needed. After various e mails, calls and leaving messages with company nothing was done. Not happy with the unprofessional customer service. I don't feel this company listens or cares about their customers. Guess its time to find a new company that returns calls to do estimates. Its hard to find consistency in customer service now a days!!!!

I recommend this local company that has been roofing the valley for 30 years. They gave me a military veteran's discount (they asked me- I didn't have to ask) and put on a white Owens Corning roof and left my place clean. I should be good for another 30+ years!
The staff was great, always on time, and the work was done right. Good quality.
