Whoever is delivering for Ariat is not doing a very good job. My shirts were close by in the delivery portal, and now they’re out of state. Unbelievable. I want to try Ariat as I like the looks of their shirts on others, but I think they just lost me as a direct buy customer.
Great place to work
I received a rebate coupon from a local store. I submitted my rebate form in a timely manner and immediately received an email from Ariat stating that my rebate submission was received. No other info was provided. I emailed them about six weeks later because I hadn’t heard anything about my rebate. They informed me that my receipt did not have a purchase date on it and the time for submitting a rebate had passed. Any company that uses "freedom" in their marketing jargon wouldn't know real freedom if it sat on them and wiggled around. Boycott!
I've never been disappointed in an Ariat product.
