They use Fed EX for delivery and they deliver to a empty garage and i try to call Fed Ex and that darn AI crap will not let you talk to costumer service same goes for ARIAT AI sucks. This is a diaster at least a UPS driver would get a good chewing out and a warning. Out almost 180.00 on this order not to happy.
Whoever is delivering for Ariat is not doing a very good job. My shirts were close by in the delivery portal, and now they’re out of state. Unbelievable. I want to try Ariat as I like the looks of their shirts on others, but I think they just lost me as a direct buy customer.
Great place to work
I received a rebate coupon from a local store. I submitted my rebate form in a timely manner and immediately received an email from Ariat stating that my rebate submission was received. No other info was provided. I emailed them about six weeks later because I hadn’t heard anything about my rebate. They informed me that my receipt did not have a purchase date on it and the time for submitting a rebate had passed.
