Incredible customer service, extremely attentive, and skilled hat shapers! Christina and her team do and excellent job meeting the needs of customers. From boot fittings and hat shaping (Jalen) the team is great at listening to the wants and needs of customers then finding alternatives when the fit isn’t quite right. I only wish the store was bigger! This is the best western store in the area in customer service and quality! They have created a life long customer!

I just want to say that Angie is a very unprofessional worker/customer service rep. The audacity to charge me for something you "thought" I stole is beyond me. I work hard for my money and I do not steal let alone blame my nephew for "taking" something. I'm glad you checked the cameras and seen that YOU were completely wrong!
