First time going here and let me say not even a simple hello or do you need help finding any nothing horrible customer service. In that case I rather stick to boot barn were you are acknowledged and you get a hello and actually help .

This Ariat location used to be very professional, attentive,and respectful to everyone. I was a returning customer until now, the staff here is very RUDE almost seems as they are racist, if you arent white they dont care for what you are shopping for . When I personally asked ms.Anei for assistance she seemed very rude and unprofessional when assisting, its a shame because we pay for what we want just to be degraded maybe because we arent as the same skin color! Do better Ariat!

Some employees are very helpful, they have a large selection, pricing seems fair. Update, 2-1-26 Beck helped me size some new boots, the last ones were a little rough, she was very friendly and talkative with myself my wife and my daughter. She had given me advice on how to pick boots and what to expect great info and wonderful customer service.

I went in to exchange a vest that I ordered online. I had called days prior and was told there was plenty of vest and I could exchange it. When I arrived at the store, I let them know of the phone call I had made and what I was told. The personal told me they didn't have many selections of vests and whoever told me was wrong. The way I was embarrassed and the stares I received from other shoppers almost made me walk out. I then asked them to please look in the back, and it didn't need to be the same one.
