Josh, in my opinion, is probably the best realtor in the San Antonio area. He is a master in what he does. If you have any question he is happy to answer it for you. And if he didn't know the answer then, he would find it out and have it for you within a good time frame. He also makes the process of buying a home enjoyable and easier than it needs to be.
