Before driving for 40 minutes to change the tires, I made contact to ensure that the tires were available. When I arrived at the tire shop, I waited for 30 minutes, because they said they would look for them somewhere else, and then they simply said that they had not found the tires. They are playing with customers, they have no responsibility and respect for people. Please run away from this place.
Beware! They changed my oil left the oil valve cap off and it has ruined my car. Now it is a TOTAL LOSS Filing with the BBB. Contacted the attorney general in addition. DO NOT SEEK SERVICES WITH THIS BUSINESS. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR, LIVELIHOOD AND MEANS FOR SURVIVAL. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND NEGLIGENT! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE OR SUFFER THE SAME FATE I HAD! TAKE HEED FOLKS! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR!
Please do not buy their groupon. They have no respect for an appointment. When I arrived they said to wait 30 minutes to finish the car before me. When I came back 30 minutes later, they told me to wait another 30 minutes. I asked what was the point of appointment was, but the person just shrugged off.
