Food is amazing!! The restaurant is very loud including the music. We made reservations for 8 with a specific table request and received confirmation by text. When we arrived, the hosted informed us that they don't hold tables and its first come, first serve!! Luckily, the BIRTHDAY girl was flexible enough to stay want to stay for dinner. We made the most out of it.
We really wanted to have a great experience at Ariano, but unfortunately the way our reservation was handled left us extremely disappointed. We specifically called ahead earlier in the day to confirm upstairs seating for Dining Under the Stars and were told we were all set. Our Toast confirmation also showed upstairs seating, and when we arrived, we could see that their system reflected the same thing.
