I felt that Dr. Jong really listened to my concerns and took the time to fully explain things to me. My needs were addressed with professionalism and I feel good about my healthcare decisions. Had 3 good years with Dr. Jong, and I'm grateful for those. However in August of 23 she did pelvic floor reconstructive surgery and hysterectomy on me, and as I couldn't find a urogynocologist I trusted her with this complicated surgery. I had no reason not to. Since then I've had a series of unfortunate events due to the surgery. Just hours after surgery she took off for PTO and I didn't find out until AFTER I woke up. I'm so grateful I walked into the office of Dr. Jong. To me she's nothing short of an educated life savor. As I'm approaching my *30's* I'm experiencing some changes that have made me feel crazy, she's always kept an open mind and made me feel validated. The ladies that work beside her are amazing as well and make me feel comfortable and heard everytime I'm there.
