Terrible terrible terrible encounter with this lady today. I’m 28 weeks along and have to see her due to insurance purposes. When she arrived in the room everything was fine until she received a call, proceeded to answer the call and talk very unprofessional with the midwife she was talking to, which she told me after she hung up, “sorry I have to keep these midwives in check”, immediately I was uncomfortable because I came from a midwife but due to insurance purposes they no longer covered my midwife. Love love her and the place! The ladies are so nice and Dr Fresquez reassure me every time I’m scared or nervous for a procedure
