ADDENDUM: Somebody showed up late, same excuse from 6 years ago, actual Person was a no show. Person that showed up to open the Salon, claims it was her day off and doing a favor to open up. Didn't offer an apology and was bothered when I asked if the hours had changed. Didn't ask the Person's name - nothing has changed with their "no show" employees. I was sadly disappointed. Tried this place for the first time tonight and I regret it. I asked for a clean up on my eyebrows and had them also do my lip, chin, and sides and neck (under chin area) and I left there with hair still in all those places and my eyebrows now thinner then when I arrived. And somehow they messed up the shape of them. They spent all of maybe 5 minutes on me. I wouldn’t recommend this place

First time coming here and the door was open but no one was around, called out a few times and no answer, waited a little longer and walked out. Hope the cameras work because I was standing there for a while and no one ever came out from the back.
