Dr Becker provides excellent service and is very caring and patient with you! She takes the time to listen to you!
Horrible experience. ZERO care to patient schedule. After 45 minutes a nurse came and said 'there is one patient ahead of you so expect at least 45 min wait'. No apology, nothing to reflect that 1.5hr wait is unacceptable. And the next available time is in January.. 5 months from now... crazy. Unfortunately, based on their reaction on site, nothing will change there. Obviously mismanaged, they dont care . I highly recommend to avoid this place if you can.
