We found Dario shortly after we moved to Cape Coral from Philadelphia. He was then head chef at a restaurant bearing his name. The best mussels in white sauce and the best linguine in white clam sauce ever! We were there every Friday and Saturday night. 1 night we called the server over and said we were unhappy with the mussels and linguine she said they hired a new chef.
