I cannot say enough good things about Ari! After struggling with stiffness, discomfort, and limited mobility, I finally feel like myself again.. Her combination of targeted massage therapy and customized stretching has truly been life-changing. Each session is restorative. I feel that she really understands what my body needs, and tailors the treatment accordingly.
