We had contacted several local companies that advertised cleaning woolen rugs. Ariana Rug Cleaning team was fast to respond (and responsive throughout), asked questions about the type of rugs (machine or hand woven), offered competitive pricing for cleaning as well as pick up/delivery, removal of the rugs from the house then placing them back, and rug repair services (which we used for fraying edges). They took great care of our rugs. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
