I cannot speak highly enough about my experience tonight at Ariana. The ambience, the cocktails, the service, the food. The menu was one of the most straight forward but unique, ballsy, no fluff, every item eye brow raising dishes, I’ve seen a long time. EVERYTHING was perfect. Can’t say enough about this little gem in Bend, Oregon. While everything on the menu is delicious and beautifully and thoughtfully plated, we always choose the Chef’s Tasting Menu which is paired with a lovely wine for each of the five courses. Each pairing is presented with a detailed explanation of each dish and each wine along with why the pairing works so well together.
