I used this service to get a specialized type of insurance. Suvidha was very friendly, knowledgable and prompt in her responses. She also made the timeline for delivery very clear. I would definitely use Ariana Insurance again for any future needs.
Never experienced this type of customer service my entire life, the agent Suvidha Daniels that worked with me and my husband put us on hold for over 1 hour saying she can’t get a hold of progressive while we called progressive on another phone got a hold of progressive’s agent, got help on the issue the Ariana agent Suvidha Daniels has caused to begin with.
