I love my Dr and her staff! They are very helpful and supportive of all the issues I’ve had since moving to Ohio.
I am always treated with the upmost respect by Dr Herbert and her staff. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and accommodating. I always feel Dr Herbert is in my corner with my health issues. I appreciate her!
She was a good doctor initially, but she can be rude and demeaning. Has no customer service skills and should leave that to her staff.
It's a shame that many of these reviews are filled with unreasonable expectations and entitled people. Dr Herbert is a wonderful doctor, and most PCP will not do controls, and this review I can see why. Many of these people clearly need to seek mental health services and opioid abuse counseling because wanting a new perception without getting a screening can cause her to lose her license, so asking to come in for a nurse visit and doing a virtual visit would have been more appropriate rather than threatening suicide.
