Wow, words cannot describe what magic Dr. Fontenot does. I pinched a nerve in my lower neck/upper back area and it was incredibly painful. After one visit with Dr. Fontenot I was more or less instantly better. Not only did she immensely help with my pain, she also took the time to show me how to sleep properly, proper workspace set up, and other daily things that will improve your back/neck health. 10/10 recommend. Don't hesitate, contact her.

Dr. Fontenot brings it down to basics to help relieve and/or prevent your pain in 1 or 2 sessions. I just started reading her book (available on Amazon) and the suggestions are simple but amazing.
In just two sessions, Dr. Fontenot diagnosed my neck issue and fixed it. The issue had been causing not just pain but also major weakness on the left side of my body. Thanks Ariana, I will remember you!
