Do not shop with Arian and Co. They stole my money. Never received finished product. Sent molds and everything. Did not even receive a refund.

I bought a 6 on 6. I live close to the location I walked in and told them what I wanted 10 mins later i was getting my mold done. The process was amazing I didn't buy the most expensive grill but they still treated me with superior service as if I bought a 50k grill l. I just dropped my grill off to be clean and make it look day one again, No questions ask just pick it up tomorrow I was in there 1 minute tops! I will definitely be buying again thank you guys!!

I ordered a grill from Arian and Co 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. Their customer service is nonexistent. They don’t reply to emails and they don’t pick up phone calls. Initially I ordered because of the good reviews but it seems that over the past couple months various people have been experiencing the same service as me. If I were you I wouldn’t waste my time or money on this company.

I don’t know what to say it seems like these people don’t care about their customers it is really hard to communicate with a staff member sometimes there will be up to 5 + days with no response it’s really frustrating . And of course if they do respond before those 5 days it’s with a 1 sentence message. I just wish they were more profesional and more caring about their customers .
