I think it's so funny that so many people pretend to care about small businesses but then get upset the moment they encounter a hiccup that is commonplace when dealing with small businesses. It took me a few days to connect with Jennifer for my initial appointment but after that, 0 problems making follow-up appointments. I was in an auto accident and traditional PT wasn't working for me. Horrible horrible owner operator the massage therapists here are awesome however scheduling is a joke and when you call in to make complaint owner screams at you and drops you. So unfortunate for all the great workers to be thrown around each direction because Jennifer cant get scheduling down and I drove 50 plus miles for the massage therapist to not even know I was coming, and its happened multiple times..Shame on you!
