I will update this review if anything changes, now four months after our experience with Aria in Zionsville. But based on what we’ve been through, I’d advise anyone to steer clear of this place. A staff member assured us that an unprecedented $200 application fee would be refunded if we decided not to proceed with a rental. We didn’t proceed but we’re still waiting for a refund, after a dozen emails and various false promises (including, literally, “the check is in the mail”). Service request was completed same day. Both issues were fixed and the place left looking exactly as I’d left it. Excellent service all around.
Apartments and common spaces are very well maintained. Management staff is extremely helpful and collaborative if you need special accommodations. Monthly community events are a nice touch. I would recommend.
Staff is extremely warm and welcoming. The facility is incredible. Units well maintained. Very happy to call this place home.
do not recommend. showed up today to move, and they forgot I was coming. i stopped by the office three times, and they were still not ready by 4p!! i finally had to pay my moving crew and send them home. when i complained, i was told I could no longer move in because of my attitude. what?!?
