My wife and I have lived here going on 3 years now. Aria has been a great apartment for us and the staff are always excellent. Friendly and conversational when you bump into them or are out in the lobby with them. Austin is excellent and always full of energy as are the rest of the team. Sometimes passing through the lobby is just nice to get an energy boost off the crew. Maintenance is a huge area of grading for me and the teams here are superb. Jayden provided great service in getting things up to spec for move in. He is always timely and gets things done fast.
Absolutely love living here at Aria! Austin, the property manager is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. It feels like you’re living in a resort. We love spending our time at the pool in the summer time and hanging out with our community friends in the winter time, playing euchre! If you’re looking for a place to move to in the Zionsville area, this is the spot!

Aria Apartments of Zionsville is basically the adult version of “ooh, shiny!” Everything is brand new, sparkling, and somehow makes me feel like I deserve a lifestyle upgrade just for existing here. The apartments are gorgeous, the community spaces are fancy without being intimidating, and the vibe is somehow both peaceful and lively—like the perfect coffee shop that also lets you nap.
