We called almost daily to check on our loved one. it would take 3 to 4 hours to get a call back. When they called us and told us he needed hospice, we told them we wanted him home,(his wishes), they told us that couldn't happen until Monday even though it was only Friday. needless to say he died alone with out family because we are all in GR and we could not visit due to COVID rules, and he passed on Sunday.
