I have no idea how this place can have 5 stars. I have been to a lot of nail places and this is, not joking the worst of all. I went for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I was rushed, my nails looked horrible and when I made a comment about the service, the “manager” argued with me that nothing was wrong. I was charged full price for a manicure done by a lady that was standing up the whole time, didn’t even bothered to applying lotion to my hands AND was finished in 7 minutes. I had a gel manicure and basic/"Classic" pedicure at Aria nails on a rainy day in the off-season. I was the only customer in the shop the entire time (and there was only one technician as well). Due to those factors, my experience may differ from some of the other reviewers. First, the positive aspects: 1. There were endless polish colors to choose from. I have gone to this salon many times so I am truly shocked by the terrible manicure I got. These are what my nails look like after two days-very disappointing and unfortunate. My pedicure wasn’t great either but at least the polish is still on my toes! I have typically been very pleased but this was the worst and thatx why I feel I should post this.
