I went in expecting a relaxing afternoon. However, I received the complete opposite. I started with a gel pedicure. The pedicure lasted 15 minutes and I didn’t get any scrub, lotion or massage on my legs. My toenail was also cut too short and bleeding. Then I received a gel manicure which lasted 20 minutes. I have never had a gel manicure and pedicure that lasted under an hour. I got home and by the next morning 3 toenails and 5 fingernails were chipped or completely coming off. Was excited to try this place due to reviews and super happy they took appointments online and had Sunday hours. 3 people. 1 fill. 1 fill with art. 1 gel manicure with art. The Good: -Gel manicure is good and holding up. -Staff over all very friendly and nice. They are all hustling and working hard. No slackers here. -1 fill w art was SPOT ON with the art. -1 fill. We came in on a Sunday morning. The technician team (Stela, Kathy, and Peter) was very attentive and the quality of our gel pedicures and manicure was excellent. Daniel was an excellent host. If you need a manicure or pedicure please give them your business! And get coffee next store.
I was a walk in on a Sunday afternoon. I was greeted promptly and in a pedicure chair within 10 minutes. Peter took great care of me. He was very kind even when he started with the first color I had chosen and I didn’t like it. He patiently took it off and let me pick another color. He is definitely a perfectionist about his work and I appreciate that. I will return! Thank you Peter!
I LOVED this place!! We had 4 in our party for my mom’s birthday and we were taken care of swiftly and timely. Great service and wonderful people! I will recommend this place to whoever comes to the Bethany area!
