I came in wanting to get to get acrylics done, the first girl who attended me was dismissive and when I expressed something being off about the nail art, I was met with immediate attitude and defensiveness. Later she made another mistake that I explained to the second nail tech as the first went to attend another service. I just wanted to share how thrilled I am with the beautiful job Tracy did on my lashes! She took such great care in designing them to perfectly complement the shape of my eyes, and the results are stunning. Tracy used a special UV LED light that eliminated the usual 24 hour waiting period for traditional glue to fully bond. This innovative technique saved me so much time and gave me fabulous lashes right away. I’m truly impressed and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
I wanted to love this place because it is 5 mins away from home, I just cannot deal with certain issues. The first few times were ok. But these last two times they were not. There was a guy who did my nails he kept painting and painting and they were so thick that by the time I came back for a fill there were pieces of my nail polish already off. My husband and I stopped by here on a whim. Such a fantastic service, my nail tec Sophia did a phenomenal job on my pedicure and so did my husband's ( didn't catch her name) please give this place a try! They are a bit on the $$$ side but 100% worth the money
Requested Suzy but got Tracy. Why make a appt if you don’t get the person you asked for? Way overcharged for the result. I’m embarrassed to say the least. I’ve always been impressed with my nails but this was a very bad experience that I was charged $80 for. The price is never the same and now the service is iffy.
