I usually had good experiences here until last time when I went in June. I got gel overlays, the nail tech didn’t do a good job , I hated the nail shape, it was thick and ugly. She somehow make my decent looking nails feel thicker and broader and couldn’t do a basic glitter ombré, made a straight line with glitter and when I asked to fix she added more glitter and it came up looking weird. Amazing CHROME nails by Dorothy. I didn’t know that was a thing. They are reflecting the sun as I type this review! So neat!!! Dorothy is a wonderful conversationalist and a great listener. Excited to make appointments with her again!!!
This is my first time here. I came here because one of my friends recommended Dorthy. I set an appointment up with Dorthy for a pedi and she gave me the best pedi of my life. she puts in so much energy into her steps and I can tell she is very passionate about what she does. She was patient and helped me look for a color, and also very sweet. Not only did she do such a great job but the place I am at is very pretty! I will come back here again and request Dorthy :) Planning to get a manicure next from her
I always have such a wonderful experience here! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and you never feel rushed, even when they're busy. It's such a relaxing atmosphere, and I always enjoy my appointments. They do a beautiful job every single time, paying close attention to detail and making sure I'm happy with the results. I always leave loving my nails. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service!
i went on saturday and asked for builder gel extensions. 3 days later, the gel was peeling off my nails because it was touching my cuticles. I paid for a service that was supposed to last three days. I'm disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
