This was the worst experience ever!! Eyebrow messed up, nail looks ridiculous and the The pedicure with the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The worst customer service ever they kept telling me to come back and then when I arrived, she was very combative and argumentative.
I rarely leave bad reviews, but I’m honestly really upset with the nails I got here. First off, the tech was way too rough—she cut my skin so badly while filing that I started bleeding, and there was no apology or care given after that. It was painful and completely unnecessary. To make it worse, one of my nails came off just four days after getting them done. I paid for a full set expecting them to last at least a couple of weeks, but they clearly weren’t done properly. Terrible place to get your nails done. when I went there I got tips and they guaranteed me they would stay on for 2-3 weeks, 3 nails came off in 8 days. I called them the day they broke off and they said come in and we’ll help for free. I was happy to hear that but due to family matters we came a couple days late (2 days after call) and the lady got mad at us and argued with me and my aunt that she won’t give us a refund, fix them, or even take them off without paying money. This had to be one of the worst nail salon experiences ever. The first nail tech ripped my actual nail off while trying to remove the acrylic. Instead of soaking and filing them off, she literally ripped them off with a nail clipper. I started bleeding, so she let someone else finish taking the nail off. I came with a picture of the design I wanted. After several tries, it was clear the tech couldn't execute the design. I suggested a different, easier design.
