The doctor was polite and professional, and the visit itself went well. However, the front desk staff didn’t seem very organized or friendly, and the waiting time was longer than expected. Overall, not bad — but there's definitely room for improvement.
Save yourself the time and trip. Took the day off for my scheduled appointment, get there and find out there was no appointment booked. The admin said they can put me in as walk-in (the waiting room was already full). BIG waste of time and a joke of a doctors office. Will be looking for a new doctor. Sad I lost out on a days pay at work and to not be accommodated. This doctor was never any help to me anyway (dr shokri).
Another horrible experience at Aria. So as usual I had to get a refill so my pharmacy faxed over a request. Now I'm out of pills and the clinic HAS NOT returned my call. I just wanted to confirm that I needed to go elsewhere to get my Rx. Even if the doctor isn't available at least reception could return my call to let me know.
