One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical provider. To start when I checked in, the PCP that works there was doing vitals on a pt while checking me in, no pt confidentiality. Then when I saw the endocrinologist I let her know what was going on and couldn’t figure out how to put a lab order in so I had to help her find the lab in her system to send the order. Her chart note, later reviewed by my PCP, was very vague with my symptoms, but no plan, no details, etc. When the one lab she ordered came back normal, I aske... read more
