I did a cycle of the egg retrieval process at Aria. I would highly recommend this clinic. The staff are kind, genuine, and very well-organized. The clinic is beautiful and has a wonderfully calm atmosphere.
Absolutely terrible experience. In our view, the team seemed unprofessional and disorganized, and we never felt genuinely cared for. Because they gave my partner sparkling water beforehand, something we were later told interfered with sedation, my partner ultimately had to undergo the procedure without sedation, which was extremely painful! I purposefully want to leave a review even before I start my IVF treatment so as to not be influenced by the outcome. I found Aria to be a tailored, professional and humane experience. I began my IVF journey at a long-established and well-known clinic in London, which had a very conveyor-belt feel. After multiple cycles with a very impersonal approach, I decided to move to Aria, and the difference was immediate. I was seen under Dr Lavery, what an awful experience. He says the same thing to everyone “i hope your experience with us will be different”. I never saw him once again after the consult except for the transfer. He told me it was all bad luck, he missed: Stage 4 endometriosis, polyps, PCOS, a full DQ Alpha match and after 3 transfers he then agreed we could investigate. Too late.
