Management is unresponsive unless you escalate, takes approximately 3-4 weeks for a reply. Deposit / move out standards feel excessive, unless your place is professionally cleaned, don’t expect your deposit back. This place doesn’t care about people, just wants to print money. Communication is slow. Ohh, the amenities never work, they state there is concierge but the person must be invisible because they are never present. The office is rarely staffed. Not recommended.
