NEVER rent with this management!! One of the worst management to be working with. Hidden policies in contracts that traps the tenant even when genuinely needed to break lease (we had health concerns provided all required medical documents requested yet did not allow us to break the lease). Very unsupportive & unfriendly leasing and higher management staff. Highly expensive compared to lot of elite properties in the neighborhood and a total rip off. Friendly staff and great customer service!
Toured the property with Allison the Leasing Agent! Purely based on the staff and owners' attentiveness, I highly recommend living here! Also, note they will be remolding bringing in some new upgrade's, that should be a good sign when!
Allison was great from start to finish in helping us get our apartment! Couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience and the building as a whole!
