I would not recommend living here. I originally signed a 12 month lease and had to extend 6 months while I look for a place to purchase. For the first 10-11 months everything was great and there were no issues. Since then I have had several problems with the management and maintenance team. For four months there was pot smell in my hallway. I went down several times to report this to be told by Taylor the manager they were taking care of it. Great place to live - friendly staff. Highly recommend this property, lived here for 6 years. Taylor the property manager and Kirt in maintenance are amazing. The property is in a great area, and always kept up well and super clean.
I would not recommend living here. I only lived here for one year and the last month I started living at home because I just wanted to get out. This is not a luxurious apartment by any means and I think it’s priced as if it is. They charge you for everything, they’re always needing to get in to your apartment for fixes, and something in the building is always breaking down. NEVER rent with this management!! One of the worst management to be working with. Hidden policies in contracts that traps the tenant even when genuinely needed to break lease (we had health concerns provided all required medical documents requested yet did not allow us to break the lease). Very unsupportive & unfriendly leasing and higher management staff. Highly expensive compared to lot of elite properties in the neighborhood and a total rip off.
