We did not have an appointment scheduled. Their was nothing on the site that said it was required. We arrived at 5:27pm. The man that answered the call box was rude. We weren't allowed inside. He didn't offer us any information and said " schedule an appointment ". If I could give zero stars I would. No wonder the reviews are 3.9. Even if they stop tours at 5:30pm, we could have been offered good customer service and information. The worst experience. To think i was excited and interested in leasing. I've heard very good things about this place! The APM Trent does his best to go above and beyond to make this place feel very comfortable and enjoyable to live in!! I would recommend anybody looking in Edina to go tour Aria!
Extremely poor service by Trent during the move in process. He was unprofessional and hard to reach during multiple steps of the process. He at times seemed flustered and had to reach out to his manager on simple issues leasing staff encounter. If I hadn’t been so desperate for a place due to my own job requirements I never would have moved in
