We have had prompt response to our issues and exceptionally good support from very competent engineers.
We have an EKO Warrior ASHP that is no longer manufactured so spares are problematic to obtain. The ASHP kept icing up - I regularly had to use a hosepipe to de-ice the ASHP. Once again, Aria came to the rescue by sending Craig Ball who thoroughly checked out the EKO and finally traced the problem to a faulty thermistor. This part was obviously unobtainable from the original manufacturer. Used Aria for Air Source Heat Pump annual maintenance. Craig was ontime, polite, professional and did a thorough job. The company has been a pleasure to work with and would happily use them annually or whenever required. Emily in particular was very accomodating. Highly recommended.
My Air Source Heat Pump, an EKO Warrior KS150-DC installed 7 years ago now no longer manufactured, had a Full Service including pressure vessels checked for correct charge. As part of the service, an annoying noise in the pipes was also resolved by Craig Ball a 'terrific' service engineer. Emma Lay the Customer Service advisor was totally helpful throughout the process from initiation to final payment. Based upon my experience of the Aria service, I would recommend Aria Climate Systems without hesitation.
The engineer who visited was extremely polite and efficient, and took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing, highlighting the path he would be taking take with pipes and cables. He took great care to protect our buildings and even wore one pair of shoes for indoor work and another for outdoors! A very professional job, completed on time, on budget and with the very minimum of disturbance. Would HIGHLY recommend.
