If I could give zero star, that's what this company totally deserves. Please do your research, STAY AWAY FROM ARIA They give misinformation about dental care. I was told they have portable x-ray units. After my mother was seen by the hygienist to only brush her teeth using her mom's own toothbrush. They don't even have wireless prophy angles, & don't do any kind of scaling to remove the tartar. She had 2 cavities that were visible & when I called to get the dentist report, I was told she was cavity free. Good thing my mom is... read more
Aria Care Partners is a wonderful partner in the Health Care Industry (Long-term care facility)!
I would not recommend this insurance for the elderly. After spending $1200, the only service received was a mouth cleaning for my mother who is in a nursing facility (and she has dentures). This is a service the facility care workers can perform. The dentist visits the nursing homes once a month, and it could take a while to receive services. I do NOT recommend their dental or vision services for nursing home patients. Their services are POOR taking way too long for patients to be seen and complete any repairs. Monthly premiums are very EXPENSIVE as well.
