I enrolled my mother last October. It is now March and she has yet to receive any services. Everything sounds wonderful, but none of the care seems to exist. We will be cancelling. She is now in much greater need of care than when she signed up. I hope this helps someone avoid ths scam.
These people will get you to add them at "no cost" for dental, and do absolutely nothing and try and bill you later. Go somewhere else.

Mother in nursing home and has never seen anyone from Aria. They tell me Medicaid/Medicare will cover all costs. Has bills for Hearing $219 + dental $591 + vision $177 for a total of $987. Emailed a termination letter on 12/3/25 as they would not terminate any policies over the phone. 12/29/25 and its another bill with same old message "Above balance is not due until the adjustments are approved."
