UPDATE: STILL WAITING 6/29/26 Hello!! We have a bit of an issue with me reaching out regarding some paperwork and your people, Alyssa Snow not responding. Is there a reason for this? Because I detest liars and people who aren't professional. Or are you just nice to get our business? Until ADD PAPERWORK IS SIGNED, WE DON'T HAVE A DEAL. Update: After speaking with a representative I gave it another month. Mom has now been visited by all 3 services. I will update as she receives her glasses and treatments. Hopefully this is the beginning of a much better experience. I enrolled my mother last October. It is now March and she has yet to receive any services. Everything sounds wonderful, but none of the care seems to exist. We will be cancelling. She is now in much greater need of care than when she signed up. I hope this helps someone avoid ths scam.

A Sales Rep showed up to our loved ones facility and signed up legally incapacitated residents for these services - we just got a bill for $1900 for insurance that the legal power of attorney knows nothing about. She is also on hospice so services are not needed. If you are a legit company trying to help elderly and the healthcare system - please revamp your sales process. If you are a crooked insurance company - PLEASE revamp your sales process and prey on someone else
