Loved the detailed and informative call I received to enroll my mother in arias services.
Do NOT be scammed by this facility. They harrased my father who was on hospice to buy their insurance for eye, dental care etc. They did not need it . They had Medicaid and medicare plus everything is covered under hospice. They made it seem like premiums where being paid by medicaid. Medicaid paid their part and left him with HUGE bill for unecessary care. Not only that he had dementia and they did not care they took advantage of him!! He never got any help from them. They came in a few times but he never recieved a hearing... read more
Just signed my mother up. The process was quick and easy. The agent miss STORMY, was very detailed and professional. Will adjust rating after seeing the service in action.
They are great a explaining the benefits and adjustment with medicaid. Everyone I've spoken with has been super helpful. Great company!
