I had such a great experience here. I was looking for a dress to wear to an upcoming wedding. Cindy was incredibly sweet and helpful, she listened to the thing I didn’t love about certain dresses and ended up pulling a few others for me to try that I wouldn’t have thought of trying on. She was supportive without being pushy which made the experience so pleasant. Went to find a prom dress. We put a $20 deposit to hold it for 3 days. I came back the next day and told him we didn’t want it and he wouldn’t give me my deposit back. It doesn’t say anywhere it’s no -refundable! Awful customer service.
I'm only writing this because I had problems on the inside with management that unfortunately lead to my departure from Aria's after my entire staff quit and there was some heavy disagreement between me and the owner to all my loyal clients I am sorry if this affected you but I agree you should not shop here. I do to apologize all that were affected by this change

I came in the store for the last two days trying on about 15 dresses for a special occasion with my husband. Kayla was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful! She made me feel very comfortable in my own skin when trying on dresses, even when they didn’t fit me and we had to size up! She took the time to understand what I wanted and even help to pick a few dresses herself that she thought I may like.
