I cannot vouch for quality of services, but I can comment on customer service. I called to make an appointment and although she was a good listener, I was told to text her and request an appointment. I finished my conversation and immediately texted with information and requested an appointment. I was ignored. It’s been 2 weeks with no response. Nobody likes to be ignored. If they don’t want my business, please just tell me. Unprofessional.
I had so much fun the morning of my wedding thanks to Aria. Not only is she extremely talented, but she is also so down to earth, hilarious, and friendly. I felt so comfortable and felt very heard the whole time she was doing my makeup. She knew exactly what I wanted when I couldn’t even explain it. The finished look was even better than what I wanted — natural, polished, and it held up ALL day, she even gave a touch up kit….a queen!
