The hotel is nice enough but don’t expect peace and quiet with bin collection at crazy hours and a building site next door and they’ll just keep your bond too and blame it on the bank
We've stayed at the Aria many times. This time was really disappointing (11 nights) The bathrooms smelt and we alerted reception with no care given. Photo of the drain attached. The carpets were stained and worn. We had to clean an oven tray before we could use it and a glass was smashed in the cupboard. The spa also wasnt working for 5 days. Very Dissapointing stay.... March 2026 Large apartment on Pool level. 201, very dated, in need of a deep clean everywhere and perhaps new furnishings, middle bathroom was absolutely discusting. It was bought to the attention of reception on the friday morning of our stay, and we were told there are no cleaners on site,( 5 night) I just feel a building of this stature in the middle of broadbeach. We had such a great stay at Aria Apartments Broadbeach! The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and shops. Our apartment was super comfy, really clean, and had everything we needed, plus amazing views. Check-in was easy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
