Ordinary. My 3rd stay at Aria. Great location, but I was disappointed to see how much standards have slipped. Our two bedroom apartment, 1402, was poorly maintained and appointed. It wasn't very clean. The air conditioning was ineffective, and the wifi was slow at times. Great pool. Previous stays were much better.
Sadly I have to write a bad review. This was our 3rd stay at Aria. The new management was horrendous (July 2024) Told them when we checked in how bad the apartment was, so they said they had sent someone to clean while we were out. These are the photos after they said they had cleaned it. The manager and maintenance guy were so rude and arrogant. The first 2 stays were amazing. This one was not worth the $6k we paid at all.
I’ve read all the reviews and to be honest I’m quite shocked. We must have been lucky. We contacted aria apartments after spending 2 nights with no power in mermaid beach due to cyclone Alfred. The girls at reception were wonderful. They couldn’t have been more attentive if they tried. They gave us a three bedroom even though we only needed a two but in the end we used the three bedroom as my sister who was also in a no power zone so we utilized all bedrooms. Had an amazing experience at Aria Apartments! The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Special thanks to Sarah for promptly bringing us ice—such thoughtful and personal service made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming, high-quality hotel experience. Will definitely be back!
we've had a few short stays here. Really beautiful rooms and the entry is really lovely too. We have lovely views of the sunset, its nice and close to the beach, supermarkets and the restaurants in broady. Highly recommend
