Sub standard positioning of air conditioning unit right outside my bedroom window. Says its quiet but has no idea how noisy the unit is. Could have put the unit at the rear of the house and not affected anyone. Has now started a war with my neighbour and me because of his lack of professionalism.
I can't recommend Michael Ferrara and his team ( at Aria Air conditioning) highly enough, for Michael has been there from my first inquiry to the installation and follow up: questions such as where do I get a replacement filter. I recommend them for the peace of mind you get having the same entity sell, install and service your unit. That's without mentioning the exceeding performance of the unit in question or that Aria Air conditioning has the ARC tick
Extremely happy with the service we received on our unit today. A special shout out to Jackson for his attention to detail and kindness. Highly recommend Aria Air conditioning.
Have never used Aria A/C before. Glad I did. Michael attended and gave a realistic assessment. It was apparent he knew his job and gave me the certainty he would stand by his Company,s workmanship.
