Wouldn’t service my home they wired because some previous owner stiffed them 20 Years ago & they are “too busy”. (P.S. He died 14 years ago) No Problem, you missed out on a retrofit automation project worth tens of thousand of dollars. Your phone etiquette or lack thereof didn’t help your firm either.
