Called for a follow up appt after visiting the er with kidneys stone and the person who was handeling the appt gave me a hard time with the insurance that she could not vertify coverage she also asked for the info on front and back of the Id card providing her with the 1800 # with the insurance address and still she couldn’t vertify she said that if I kept the appt I will be charge like if I didn’t have insurance she also requested to email her the Id card mind you I am in pain with kidney stones so I just told her to cancel... read more

My mother wasn't feeling to good so the emergency room indicated for us to go to a urologist because she had a 5mm kidney stone. We went to see Silverstein MD and he saw my mom for 5 seconds and he stated she was dying. He looked at the medical records of the emergency visit and told us that her white blood cells were high and that she is infected inside. He lied to us.
