I received a haircut and everything looked great until I went to wash and style it myself. The layers were not blended at all and it looked like my hair was 2 different lengths. I called the Color Bar and whoever answered the phone didn't seem concerned or apologetic at all. She sent me a general survey to fill out then said someone would contact me within 24 hours... it's been 5 days and I never received a call back. I feel like it's really hard to give a bad haircut and then not trying to fix the situation is poor business... read more

Morgan O’Brien at the Montgomery location is an exceptional colorist and hair stylist!! I’m quite particular when it comes to my hair. I’ve had many stylists before her - even in NYC - but no one compares to Morgan. Her eye for color is unmatched and she gave me the most gorgeous cut and tone I’ve ever had. On top of that, she’s so kind, genuine, and easy to talk to. I walked out feeling amazing and already can’t wait for my next appointment! What an artist!!
