The units are nice; however, lots of little things break, but maintenance is quick to fix them. Unfortunately, the dog area, halls, and shared spaces are filthy most of the time. Whether it's trash in the halls, glass on the ground, or dried vomit, the cleaning team seems to have a hard time keeping it clean.
I just started living at the Ari and I love it! All the amenities are amazing and everything is very clean and well kept after.
I’m giving a 5 star review because I toured there a couple of days ago and can say the property itself is nice, but the thing that impressed me the most was Mia, she had a great personality and was very knowledgeable in answering the questions I had.
Such great staff who are always willing to assist. Ari on 4th has great amenities and is such a fun place to live at. Definitely would recommend to others!
