Security and Emergency Maintenance Issues. The AI/automated system they use for the phone calls is extremely unreliable, twice we had to call for pertinent issues and got no timely resolution in emergencies. The first was a security issue after hours, which the AI system did not understand and did not route to a human even after many attempts, so we had to resort to calling 911 even though there is a security team on premise. The place I’m currently living in offers a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Everything is exceptionally clean, from the common areas to the smallest details inside the apartment, which makes the space feel well-maintained and organized. The facilities are modern and fully equipped, meeting all daily living needs with ease.
