Dr. Bergman is an outstanding doctor. Unfortunately, the staff running the office, including a non-responsive manager (Sophia), is dysfunctional, unprofessional, and incompetent.
Very experienced, great communicator, earned my trust in diagnoses, treeatrments and surgeries.
Dr Bergman and his staff were outstanding! From initial visit to diagnosis Dr. Bergman showed that he is not only top notch in his field he also has compassion and sincere concern for his patients. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bergman
Worst experience ive ever recieved at a practice before. If you like waiting an hour and 45 mins on your first visit, this is the place for you. If you like to have every single refill get called incorrectly, this is the place for you. If you like getting called a liar and getting the phone hung up on you (employee Kim) when you’re just trying to solve your refill problems, this is the place for you. Awesome Doctor & Surgeon! I had to have kidney stones removed and a stent placed. He is extremely skilled I barely felt the stent. He ensured that I was not in any discomfort or pain…he took his time explaining the procedures (I had to have 2; one emergency & one scheduled.) I would give 10 stars if it was an option! Made me feel so comfortable.
