Terrible place to work. They have no real system or structure. No training program at all. Leadership are managers not leaders. Personally I don’t hold a grudge but professionally I am upset that I left a job I’d been on for 3 years just to be set up for failure. Don’t take a job with them without Previous experience and logistics and billing. Make sure you don’t have an actual life to live because you’re going to work 24/7. Just ask Barbara.
They are very Rude and very disrespectful.
As a carrier, if you called for book a loads, they keep saying you I will send you RC within a 15 minutes after 15 minutes if you follow up with them saying 15 minutes and again call than back said shipper want to ship now.
They do not pay their bills. They don`t deny paying, just postponing for next payment cycle and we are 13 months over due date.
