Dr. Goldsmith and his staff are exceptionally gentle and caring with young patients. They were very thorough in making sure that I understood my children's conditions and was comfortable with the treatment plans. Dr. Goldsmith was extremely responsive to questions I sent through the patient portal. The office was clean and comfortable. Overall highly highly recommend this practice for pediatric ENT.
He's the most caring, professional pediatric ENT. He does not rush to do any unnecessary medical procedures and very non judgemental and the staff is very pleasant.
I took my daughter to this doctor after being recommended by a coworker for constant ear infections because she might have been a candidate for ear tubes. This doctor was just collecting my copays because he did not help my child, maybe because we weren’t their “usual” clientele. I went three times before I decided to get a second opinion and while under his care, my daughter got 2 more ear infections. Took my daughter to see Dr. Goldsmith for a second opinion, he came highly recommended by a family member. He was very diligent and thorough in explaining what was happening to my daughter. He didn't rush to judgement like the previous ENT doctor. He explain what our options were and gave us time to think about the decision we want to make, without feeling pressured or fear.
