He's the most caring, professional pediatric ENT. He does not rush to do any unnecessary medical procedures and very non judgemental and the staff is very pleasant.
I took my daughter to this doctor after being recommended by a coworker for constant ear infections because she might have been a candidate for ear tubes. This doctor was just collecting my copays because he did not help my child, maybe because we weren’t their “usual” clientele. Took my daughter to see Dr. Goldsmith for a second opinion, he came highly recommended by a family member. He was very diligent and thorough in explaining what was happening to my daughter. He didn't rush to judgement like the previous ENT doctor. He explain what our options were and gave us time to think about the decision we want to make, without feeling pressured or fear. I came to Dr. Goldsmith for a second opinion for my son due to not having a great experience with another Dr. Everyone at the office was very friendly, from the receptionists, the audiologists as well as the nurse before we met Dr. Goldsmith. As soon as he walked in he asked my son how is HE feeling and what has been bothering HIM? Out of all the pediatric doctors I have encountered I find that to be rare.
