Dr Isaacson has to be at the top for this procedure. His staff is also top notch, getting things set up was easy along with insurance approval. I had noticeable results in just two weeks much faster than the predicted one month. I had my one month follow up call with Casey? Dr Issacson and team make patients feel like they are friends. I really appreciate how the procedure was as stress free as it could possibly be . Dr. Issacson loves what he does and is eminent in his field. He also is very personable and has a good sense of humor as well.
It is one month ago today that I had the PAE procedure performed by Dr. Ari Isaacson. I had this procedure done after having an extremely enlarged prostate that cut off my ability to pass urine. Three weeks after undergoing the procedure my catheter was removed and I was able to urinate on my own without a catheter. My psa went from a 10 plus down to a 7.6. I wanted to write to thank Dr. Isaacson for performing the PAE procedure for me. The symptoms that I experienced were exactly the ones outlined in the discharge instructions. Although during the first two weeks it felt like the urge to urinate would last forever now after four weeks, I feel much better. The urgency to urinate happens less often, flow has improved, I feel like I am emptying my bladder easier, and I am only getting up once at night!
