Dreher family has been going there for over 30 yrs. ARI is always kept our cars in great shape. If you want someone to be honest, fair and simply do things right… you found them.
New transmission and new blower motor installed. Trouble with transmission after a month and had to take it back. Blower motor went out again. Took vehicle to another mechanic and they said wiring had not been installed correctly and it keeps causing blower motor to burn up. Not sure what ARI is doing but they do terrible work.
We had unexpected trouble with our brakes suddenly grinding while driving the mountain roads at Brasstown Bald. It was 3PM on a Thursday and we needed to begin our drive that night back to Florida. I called about 5 different shops nearby and they all said they were full, or they didn't have the rack or the staff available to do it. I read the reviews of ARI and felt confident it was a good place to go. I went without appt and explained my engine light was on.
