Not honest at all. His business moto is "honesty before cars" yet he fails to be completely transparent. There were some red flags along the process with him saying one thing in the beginning then another thing few days later, but decided to give him benefit of the doubt. But finally realized he just sugar coats his stuff to make it sound honest, while hiding and ignoring major issues with the vehicles.
