Live unload on Labor Day. In and out in 1 1/2 hours. Guard at front gate was very nice. He said you can park overnight as long as there is someone at the gatehouse to let you in.

Drop and hook. Easy in and out. If the trailer is pre-loaded, in and out in about 30 minutes.
