Takes forever to ship products, My products have been at the warehouse for almost two weeks. But for some reason they wont schedule a delivery. I paid $299 for shipping and I have no idea when my order is getting delivered.
I ordered a recliner in May 2025. It arrived with many defects: scratches in the leather, a gouge and dark spot in the leather, cushion didn’t stay in place., reclining mechanism was very stiff. I took photos and called the national customer service department. Right away the representative said they would order a replacement chair which was delivered today. No issues with the new chair. Fantastic high class quality furniture. Wish I would have listened to other reviews and not expected high class service to match. Truly disappointed in the customer service provided by Angie and the lack of care or effort that was made when it came to our purchase. Our product looks fantastic and the packing was great, but could not have felt more like we were unworthy of someone's time. We came in on a Sunday to purchase two nightstands we had seen online. Kathleen was AMAZING! We gave her a description of what we were looking for and she found us the perfect couch and went the extra mile to help us decide how to decorate/furnish around the couch. Would highly recommend working with her. She knows her stuff!
