It’s lost on me why anyone would spend 10’s of thousands of dollars in this store! Chilly reception, standoffish behavior and unnecessary pompous saleswomen…..silly! Kim could use some training on business practices!
I expected quality from Arhaus, but my first purchase has been a disappointment. Purchased a dining set on April 30th that has now been delivered broken...twice. While waiting for a third delivery, the table went on sale for thousands less than what i paid. The store's asst manager, Deborah, agreed to credit me the difference since I still don’t have a new table, but a week later, nothing has been processed. Arhaus in the best furniture store in Naples. The products are great and not seen over and over like in other stores. Melissa Felber just assisted my husband and I with an entire condo. Melissa knows scale and is fantastic with asking the right questions to fit the space and your usage/lifestyle. Her knowledge, patience and warm professionalism was wonderful! She’s a true asset to Arhaus.
Want to buy quality furniture that your guests will actually ENJOY sitting in?? quick story - bought a house in Naples, looked around , over, under and everywhere I could buy 'good looking' furniture, and realized - geez, all of this stuff is absolute crap. Maybe I'll go over to Restoration Hardware in Miami and find some awesome stuff for a reasonable price, NOPE, RH furniture is almost cheezy and doesn't seem well built. If you’re looking for great customer service or a returned call, this location isn’t the one to go to. I put my order in a year in advance and my associate forgot to update my order so it has now been almost 2 months and a good portion of my living room furniture is still missing. Emails and messages sent without updates or return calls. Some of the furniture that came in was damaged so had to be returned you would figure that my representative would call regarding the inconvenience.
