I'm in the planning stages of redecorating my home, and I stopped in to look around at Arhaus. I was very impressed with the selection, but I found it a little overwhelming. Edgar helped me to get a better idea of the type of furniture that would work for the look that I want to achieve. We are in the midst of furnishing our soon to be completed renovated row house in the Museum District and have been helped by Edgar from Arhaus. After a few visits Edgar leaned our tastes and provided several recommendations on pieces which we’ve purchased. Edgar has been supremely helpful and our experience with Arhaus has been amazing. We’ll be back!

I have nothing but good things to say about Arhaus in Richmond, VA. Sales with Edgar was a positive, client focused experience. He offered helpful design input spending alot of time guiding me to great purchase decisions. He and the store manager, Chase, were all-in customer advocates in resolving a delivery issue. Response was prompt and to my satisfaction. If you're in the Richmond area, stop in the Arhaus store; you won't be disappointed!

If you really want something from Arhaus, don't go here! Order online if you have to, but avoid Arhaus if you can. We ordered a table from them that took months to arrive, then came damaged. We were told the warranty covers everything but of course, it didn't! After talking to customer service on the corporate side, they agreed to replace it...BUT its been many more months and still not replaced. Great furniture and designs however, after spending as much money as I did on a piece of furniture, I'm disappointed in the customer service I received from the Short Pump location. I placed an order on 11/11 and was hoping to get it delivered by 11/23 as it was an in-stock item for an event I was having. After speaking with someone in their logistics department prior to ordering, he assured me that it would be very easy to get this expedited on a truck and highly likely to be delivered that Friday or Saturday before my even... read more
