I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Kristin Larsh at Arhaus! From the very beginning, she was so warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I’ve never been in this Arhaus location and was extremely impressed by the quality of service Ashley gave. She was personable, knowledgeable about the product, and made things engaging/fun. I can’t wait to go back!
now i have a bone to pick with this place. i went into this location with my sister and mom. we were testing out furniture and me, being 14, said to my 12 year old sister, something along the lines of “oh imagine this was my bed” i leaned against one of the tester/model beds and right as i did that i saw a worker start walking towards me, shaking her head. she didnt even fully come up to me and practically distanced herself from me while saying “you need to leave” and “we are here to sell furniture, not play around” i tried ... read more
PLEASE READ - WARNING! Never, ever, ever, open a credit card with Arhaus. I am in a months long dispute over charges, and despite the card being closed and a fully paid balance last month, I have recieved yet another bill for "interest" on a $0 balance and closed card. They used Comenity, which has faced scrutiny before for its practices. No matter what perks they offer you DO NOT DO IT. My husband and I worked with Barb to create our space for our new home. We wanted an organic modern look with warm tones. We sent Barb inspo pictures and and wow did she deliver. We did run into a delivery issue, and if this does happen to you, make sure you contact Ashley (the store manager).
